Policy Statement

Body Wisdom Centers management and staff pledge to provide you, our valued client, with the highest level of commitment to perform our best work every time you visit.

We believe the Client-Therapist relationship is one of mutual respect and agreements can help create clarity of intention.  Throughout the time we work together, please feel free to talk with us about any thoughts, feelings, questions, or concerns that relate to our work together.  With that said, we request your partnership in the agreement to the policies detailed below.


Payment Methods

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Payments may be tendered through ATM Debit Cards or VISA and MasterCard.  We do not have cash on the premises and are unable to accept personal checks.

Cancelations and Rescheduling Appointments

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid financial responsibility of your lost session.  We also reserve the right to rebook canceled appointments with other clients whenever possible.

Perhaps most importantly, and for the consideration of others, please arrive on time to your agreed appointment.  if you must be late, please understand your session will end at the originally scheduled time in order to avoid impacting clients whose scheduled appointment follows yours.

Illness & The Common Cold

In the interest of good health, if on the day of your appointment you find yourself with fever or symptoms of a possibly contagious influenza, please cancel your appointment.  We will be happy to reschedule without financial obligation.

Children Under 18 Years of Age

Everyone can benefit from the Bowen Technique or Massage including children.  Body Wisdom Centers requires parents or guardians to sign a waiver for service for all children under the age of 18.  Parents must also be present in the treatment room while services are rendered on any child 14 years and under.

We are closed in observance of the following holidays:

Memorial Day Observed Holiday
July 4 - Independence Day
Labor Day Observed Holiday
Thanksgiving and Friday immediately following
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
New Years Eve and New Years Day

For emergencies or routine business please call the business office and speak with the Manger-on-Duty
